Team Registration

Team Rules

  • Your team may cook anything over rice.
  • Each team is limited to 3 chefs. Any additional team members must purchase a general admission ticket.
  • 10 gallon minimum.
  • Teams provide their own ingredients, water, rice, etc.
  • If your team chooses to make a gravy, roux, or sauce from scratch it can be prepared the night before due to time constraints. However, all other ingredients and food must be prepared at the event.
  • Food should be ready to be served at 10:30 AM.
  • Judging will take place at 11:00 AM.
  • St. Cecilia School will provide serving bowls and spoons. Any other items should be provided by your team.
