How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in St. Cecilia!

Please review the 2025-2026 Admissions Timeline below. 

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. 

 

What You'll Need

Gather the items you need to complete your child's new student application now.

  1. A non-refundable fee of $27 must be submitted with each application.
  2. Parishioners of Sacred Heart of Jesus or Saint Joseph Catholic Church will need to submit a Church Parish Enrollment Certificate with applications for new students.
  3. Birth Certificate
  4. Baptismal Certificate, if applicable
  5. Immunization Record or, if not immunized, LDOE's Statement of Exemption from Immunizations.
  6. Most Recent Report Card, if applicable
  7. Previous Year’s Report Card, if applicable
  8. Verification of a Discipline Record, or lack thereof, from school district most recently attended on school letterhead
  9. Standardized Test Scores, if applicable
  10. Diagnostic or Psychological Evaluation Results, if applicable


After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
