Bluejay Softball
The St. Cecilia Softball program, open to students in grades 5–8 each spring, is a tradition of athletic excellence, teamwork, and dedication. Our young athletes develop their skills on the field while learning the importance of sportsmanship and collaboration.
Our teams have a history of success, winning championships in 2022 for both the 5/6th grade and 7/8th grade divisions. Most recently, the 5/6th and 7/8th grade softball teams captured the 2025 Championships, continuing this tradition of excellence.
The impact of our program extends beyond middle school. One standout alumna, Shellie Landry, went on to earn numerous accolades at the University of Louisiana and now contributes her expertise as a coach at the same institution.
Softball at St. Cecilia is more than just a sport—it’s a platform for students to shine, grow as athletes, and carry forward a legacy of achievement and Bluejay pride.
